Welcome to Jacob’s Ladder. Our mission is to reduce the number of juveniles entering and returning to the juvenile justice system. We specialize in strengthening families and developing youth. Jarriel Jordan, Sr. has worked in our community for over thirty years as a coach, teacher and police officer. Jarriel Jordan, Sr. has a sincere desire to reduce the number of juveniles entering and returning to the juvenile justice system.
Jacob’s Ladder was developed due the deterioration of our communities because of the number of juveniles that are introduced to the juvenile justice system and juveniles returning to the community after periods of being detained. Our ongoing programs include Diversion/Reentry sessions, Junior Workforce Academy and COVID relief efforts. We provide presentations on human trafficking and domestic violence.
We serve approximately 1000 youth and families annually with our programs, community presentations and community partnerships. Early intervention is the best approach to a successful future.
